02 · The catalog
Everything you can build with.
Module dependencies are resolved automatically. When you add a module, all required modules are added and configured—for example, adding Invoices automatically adds Customers.
03 · How it works
Three steps. No setup, no contractors, no six-month build.
01
Pick what your business does
Invoices, expenses, a customer list, a project board. Add the ones you actually use. If a module needs another one, it comes along on its own: choose Invoices and a customer directory arrives with it, already connected.
02
We assemble it
Sign-in, permissions and every screen get connected the way a team of engineers would do it, without the wait.
03
Download and run
Your app turns up as a single file. Unzip it, run one command, sign in. It works on your own machine straight away.
Secure by default
Sign-in, roles and permissions are built in and already tested.
No database to set up
Runs on its own out of the box. Connect a real one when you're ready.
Yours to keep
Real source code you own, not a platform you rent.
04 · Questions
The things people ask first.
- Do I need to be a developer to use rtzen.work?
- No. You pick the modules you want from a catalog and download a finished application. Running it takes one command, and the download includes a start script for macOS, Windows and Linux, plus a Dockerfile if you would rather run it in a container.
- What do I actually get when I download an app?
- A zip containing the complete source code of a working application: a React frontend, an Express backend, sign-in, roles and permissions, and every module you selected already wired together. It runs on your own machine with no database or cloud account to set up.
- Can I change the code afterwards?
- Yes. It is ordinary source code that you own outright, not a hosted platform you rent. The business modules arrive as versioned npm packages, so you can upgrade them independently while your own code stays yours.
- Which business modules are available?
- Twenty, covering invoicing, bills, payments, expenses, banking, contracts, purchase orders, a customer directory, vendors, an item catalog, CRM, projects, tasks, timesheets, time off, employees, ticketing, notes and custom tables. Sign-in, roles and the app shell are included in every app.
- What happens if two modules depend on each other?
- Dependencies are added for you. Choosing Invoices also brings in Customers, because the invoice builder embeds the customer picker, and the generated app wires them in the right order automatically.
- Can I configure a module before downloading?
- Yes. Modules expose settings such as invoice number prefixes, default currency and working days. You change them in the browser before generating, and they are written into the downloaded app's configuration file so you can change them again later without touching code.
- How much does rtzen.work cost?
- Generating and downloading an application is free, and there is no infrastructure to pay for while you evaluate it. The app runs entirely on your own machine.
